A smoother way to stay on schedule.
The Acupuncture Xperts Portal keeps booking, appointment changes, and membership credits in one secure place. These are the questions patients ask most often.
I am new to the practice but interested in The Xpert Club. Where do I start?
You may purchase a Club plan online, but choose New Patient Visit first. Your initial appointment establishes your care, and the included Club visits are intended for follow-up care after that visit.
How do Xpert Club members schedule visits in future months?
After each successful monthly renewal, your next included appointment credits become available in the Acupuncture Xperts Portal. Open the booking page, select Manage Appointments, enter the email address on your patient record, and use the one-time code the portal emails you. Your available membership visits will appear there for scheduling.
Do I need to sign up for The Xpert Club again every month?
No. Your membership renews month to month. Current members should use Manage Appointments to schedule available visits—not the Sign Up option.
Can I schedule both of my included monthly visits at once?
Yes. Once both credits are available, you may schedule both visits, subject to appointment availability. They can be booked for different days that fit your care schedule.
Is the Injection or Enhancement a third appointment?
No. It is completed during the longer combined appointment in your plan. Each Xpert Club membership includes two in-office visits per month.
What is the difference between booking and the Patient Portal?
Use the booking page to schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments and to use Xpert Club visit credits. Use the Patient Portal for forms, invoices, payment methods, and secure messages.
What if my membership visit is not showing?
First, confirm that you used the same email address that is on your patient record. If the visit still does not appear, call us at (561) 709-6512 and we will help you locate the credit.
