By using our website, booking an appointment, or opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms.
Our Services
Acupuncture Xperts is a clinic located at One Park Place, 621 NW 53rd St., Suite 125, Boca Raton, FL 33487, offering acupuncture, cupping, Chinese herbal medicine, and related wellness services under the care of Dr. Matthew Winke, DACM. Information on our website is provided for general informational purposes and is not a substitute for individualized medical advice.
SMS/Text Messaging Terms
Program Description
We offer two separate text messaging programs:
- Appointment & customer-care messages — appointment confirmations, reminders, reschedule/cancellation confirmations, booking links, and other messages related to managing your care with us.
- Promotional & wellness messages — a separate, optional program of promotional offers and wellness tips, sent only to those who opt in.
How Consent Is Obtained
We obtain your consent to text you through:
- The checkboxes on our website’s contact and other forms, or
- Your verbal agreement during a phone call with our office or with our automated phone assistant.
Consent for appointment/customer-care messages and consent for promotional/wellness messages are collected separately, and you may agree to one, both, or neither.

Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You can be our patient and receive care without opting in to text messages.
Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Use of Our Website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and not to misuse it in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site or interfere with anyone else’s use of it.
